Julie Y. Patel, M.D.

Dr. Patel is board certified in Allergy and Immunology, Rheumatology and Internal Medicine. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Chemistry from Tulane University and her Doctor of Medicine degree from Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans. After completing her Internal Medicine residency, she pursued a dual Immunology, Allergy and Rheumatology fellowship and Certificate of Added Qualification in Clinical Investigation at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. She served as Chief of Rheumatology at Ben Taub Hospital, and Assistant Professor and Associate Program director in the Section of Immunology, Allergy & Rheumatology at Baylor College of Medicine. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology (FAAAAI) and a Fellow of the American College of Rheumatology (FACR).

Sippi K. Khurana, M.D.

Dr. Khurana (formerly Dr. Sapandeep K. Singh) is board certified in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine. She completed the highly competitive accelerated 6 year BA/MD program at the University of Missouri- Kansas City. As a native Texan, she returned to the Houston area to complete her Internal Medicine residency at University of Texas-Medical Branch in Galveston. There, she received the distinguished award of Intern of the Year and scholarship for excellence in Geriatric Medicine. She then went on to complete a dual Immunology, Allergy and Rheumatology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. She served as Chief Fellow her last year. She currently serves as Assistant Professor for Texas A&M Health Science Center. She is a fellow of the American College of Rheumatology (FACR) and a member of the American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology.Dr. Khurana is not accepting new patients at this time.
